The Worst Customer Service, First Topic One Receptionist (looks like he is gay, not sure) who usually stay at night is rude and looked/talked down on guests (we experienced he/she shouted at the guests while he/she was talking to us and asked them to go away). Plus, he didn’t pay attention to our complaints and request that on the first night 1. the pipe line from the sink is leaking so much and need fixing (which he replies “cannot be leaking” and that’s it) so I said if you don’t understand what I mean, please check the room and report for maintenance. 2. The battery from the remote control of Air Con is low and the sensor is not working properly (had to press too many times to make one command) for that one, he just nodded and looked away. 3. We said we need room service as we are going on a trip for one night (2days 1night trip) we need a clean room when we come back. All the requests from above are ignored and when we got back, the room stayed the same as we left and water leak is flooding the bathroom and cannot open Air-Con. So we had to go down to the reception again and ask for battery (we ignored the sensor problem and settled), drinking water and request again for the leaking pipe to be fixed because even though we are not using the sink the tap is loose and water are dripping a lot. We ask him to fix it and he looked away again without response. We were very tired from the trip and we just came back feeling very uncomfortable and angry. *next morning the room service came and I guess she found out that the sink is leaking and she reported and the maintenance came. The leak was not completely fixed but we accepted there is only small amount of water leaking. Second Topic Another night shift staff, an old man is also unfriendly and rude when we said we want to check out in the early morning. (We stayed there 6nights 7days) I got amazed how the staffs from this hotel don’t have hospitality mindset, so rude, look down on the guests and so proud of themselves. Why is the owner hiring these rude staffs? I’m never coming back. There are many hotels in Bangkok and I’ve never seen a hotel with rude staffs. 🥶🥶🥶🥶

Rooms are okay, spacious and airy. There is a water heater but it is a bit difficult to control the heat level. We were traveling with 6 people so we rented three double rooms. The air conditioner was a bit slow to cool. On google maps, it was called Diamond Bangkok Hotel instead of Diamond Bangkok Apartment, so at first we mistakenly went to the Bangkok City Hotel next door because we thought it was changing the name. We don't use any other services.

I stayed here my first 6 nights in Bangkok. The hotel is quite good and clean enough for the price. The location is perfect in Siam which is a great area to stay! The train station is not far and many nice restaurants and street food around. The staff are friendly enough. The wifi was good enough and you have a belcony. Id stay again.

The place is clean, room are big, you get what you pay for. Matress are ok but not comfortable. Bts station is 5min walk away, or plenty of motobike taxi around the corner. Some good street food just beside and a 7/11 shop downstair

This was so far the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. My suggestion to Agoda, please verify the hotels before submitting there pictures online. The bed coves were literally ripped and patched. Also very old even the color got faded out. Two uneven single mattresses were joined together for large queen bed. Room doesn't have glass to drink water. No hair dryer. Toilet was flooded from leaking toilet.Housekeeping has to be called for. And they don't put toilet paper after cleaning room & they don't clean toilet. Attitude of all employees were very rough and impolite. I will neither recommend this hotel to anyone nor stay there again for free.
